ENIC Meetings & Events was established in 1964. Over the years the company has grown and expanded its offer to include congress and organizational services.

During our 40 plus years in business we have become the leader in the field of organizing and managing congresses, meetings, incentives and events of all kinds. We are founding members of the Firenze Convention Bureau as Professional congress organizer and meeting planner. ENIC Meetings and Events obtained ISO9001 certification in 2002.

Our scope is international, specializing as we do in the management of large and very large congresses with even thousands of participants. And we are also local a Destination Managment Company (DMC), with very close ties to our home "Florence and Tuscany" where we can proudly talk of unequaled expertise. Managing the organizing secretariat, hotel bookings, logistics, destination consulting and creating social programs for an event are the basic services in our offer. But we also handle the tiniest details to make any event a unique experience, for the organizers and the participants.

We offer extraordinary venues throughout Italy, Tuscany and Florence and can provide exclusive access to museums, palazzos and private villas; we provide translation, hostess and steward services; we help design the graphics, layouts, furnishings and decorations as well as provide last generation audio-visual equipment.

Professional journalists work with us for public relations and establishing congress or event press offices.

Our offices are located across the street from the Florence congress center, the central railroad station and around the corner from the airport terminal, ideal for those who come to Florence for meetings or congresses. We can provide headquarters for permanent or temporary secretariats for congresses and meetings.
